Fr. Anthony J. Mastroeni was ordained for the diocese of Paterson, N.J. in 1972. He earned an S.T.L. in Spiritual Theology, a doctorate in Moral Theology from the Angelicum in Rome; a J.D. in Civil Law from Rutgers Law School.
