I just don't do small talk! The simple truth is I just don't have time for small thinking. Instead, I'm very intentional about visualizing the big stuff. In fact, I'd argue that there's absolutely nothing wrong with not being interested in small talk. If you're like me and you don't like small talk, don't let anyone pressure you into it. Focus on the things that really matter.
