Lola's corporate experience at Executive Board Level gained in Health and Social Care, Housing and Property, Retail and Professional Services including Financial Services and Equity backed businesses, supports the delivery of organisational objectives and building effective teams to achieve operational efficiencies.

One of Lola streams is using this experience to help  young graduates to navigate the corporate ladder to achieve not just employment but the path to a successful career. She believes the journey starts much earlier to develop the interest and desire for this kind of success. To do that Lola engages with the parents of young people from the age of 14 years of age to start plotting the path in preparation for her program. Young graduates are also able to access the programs to prepare them for the corporate connections they endeavour to make.
