In the hot seat today we have Rachelle Morris - Peart, a teacher, a coach and CEO of Chayelles Pampering Gifts.

Rachelle is a NEU rep for Black Lives Matter and sits on a panel as Academy Equality and Diversity Representative.  Her mantra " Strive for excellence, not perfection by accepting that good enough is not good enough.

Rachelle is a published author of  the book "Writings on the wall".
