In this episode I didn't want to talk about desserts. I just wanted to unpack some of my feelings!! Haven't been feeling good all week and I really needed a hug from a special someone!! I just lost a family member and on top of that the murder in Minneapolis and the riots were taking a toll on me. So I just wanted to talk. Thank you all for listening!!
