I am releasing a special bonus episode in honor of World Suicide Prevention Day on September 10th. I sat down with Teresa Ruspi, the co-founder of the Better Than Yesterday LRJ Foundation which was started in honor of her brother, who she lost to suicide. The foundation is aimed providing awareness and education to schools and the community about mental health and suicide prevention. I appreciated she made time in her busy schedule to sit down and talk with me, I hope anything we have to say can be helpful to at least one family in identifying their child may be at risk and getting them the help they need.
