Is there a contradiction between Moshe's assertion that "You are children of HaShem, your G-d" and his follow-up statement that "you are a holy people to HaShem, your G-d, and HaShem has chosen you to be a treasured people for Him, out of all the nations that are upon the earth?" What does it mean to be G-d's "treasured people?"
