In mid June and early July I recorded Episodes 1-6 of Make That Change.

Since that time this show has reached every corner of the world pushed and promoted by support groups, bereavement groups, Reddit and two major mental health charities in the UK and the US.

I have received over 1300 emails from listeners about the show and asking if I would record more episodes.

Faced with my own recovery challenges and legal stuff I've been working on in my personal life alongside work I haven't had the time to do so until things started to get quiet in the run up to Christmas 2020.

So now I've made time to record Episode 7.

Where does this sit in the scheme of things ? I have had to ask for the very help that I was trying to prescribe to the listeners of the show and there is nothing wrong with honesty. If I can't be honest with over a million listeners on the journeys of change that we are all on then there is no honesty or emotive reason to continue with a charade or this audio journey.

This is a longer show than normal but I talk you through dealing with depression and coping skills and introduction to where we are going in Episodes 8-10 which will be out in the direct run up to Christmas.

Come back soon for Episode 8 next week.
