It's been an eventful journey and we have both loved being able to create a space in which it is okay for Brown Babes to talk about not being okay. For everyone who has listened and reached out to us, we can't thank you enough. You helped us use our voices - something we will continue to do.

We have learned so much and are taking so much away from this, but hosting a podcast in which we are sharing such deep parts of ourselves isn't easy! The vulnerability hangover is brutal so it's time to see how we can keep going in a way that is sustainable for both of us, because you know safety first!
