There's a mindset that says "I just started in this business and I don't really know what I'm doing." This is all self-perception and self-doubt. If you charge at a low price it is how you perceived yourself. Aren't you worth it? If you see yourself as small people will see you as small too because you don't believe in yourself. People will pay you how much you think your worth so let that sink in a moment.
