I took a break from podcasting, I went into a mental health ward and was sectioned but I came back stronger than ever and I am ready to get back to my mission until it's accomplished!

As I talk about my grandpa, paranoid thoughts and the thing that most strung a chord in my heart was the Panorama about Herefordshire Social Services not too long ago; triggered me.
