As a host of Happy-Go-Lucky At Heart, I'm constantly seeking awareness in mental health. Thanks to my insights into my speech and language difficulties, I want more understanding.

In this Week's Episode, celebrating World Disability Day from yesterday. I've joined UN Women UK's campaign #16daysofactivism as violence against women and marginalised people needs to end! Today, I will be talking about how Autistic traits and ADHD can make you more vulnerable to sexual abuse and how to spot signs in a child; how to try and prevent it.

I will be talking about Erik Pettersson, assiestant professor of medical epidemionlogy and biostatistics of the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, Sweden. Who lead an investigator of 4,500 twins. More information found at: Click Here!

I also got some information about signs and preventions found here at: Autism Speaks

As I'm raising awareness and more understanding. I feel like my mission is accomplished!
