Time for reflection for me, is a time to see how far I’ve come. Even something as simple as, my desk being completely clean this morning gives me evidence of this. It has been a goal of mine for the last month to be done with work by 6 pm. There are other things I focus on after that time. I have put some systems in place that have allowed me to clean my desk every evening.

Years ago, I was very good at making sure my list for the day was done. It wasn’t necessarily a good thing, because I was so concerned with the list rather than people. Anyone who knows me now, probably wouldn’t recognize me years ago. I am completely different now than I was.

Operating out of fear, instead of love used to be my normal. Now, everything I do is out of love. This time of reflection allows me to acknowledge myself for the milestones I have accomplished and how far I have come.

Along our path, we can receive feedback from others that helps us to see what we may be blind to. We may see choices that we aren’t proud of. However, we have the opportunity to find gratitude for even those choices we may not want to repeat.

Today, I Give Myself Permission To Love My Reflection

• I love my journey
• I am grateful to allow time for reflection
• I clearly see things from a broader perspective
• I see beyond the here and now
• I clearly see how my current step helps me achieve my long term goal
• I have complete trust in God
• I clearly see my authenticity
• I am creating a beautiful garden
