There is peace in coming together. Sometimes in our day of instant messaging, translation gets skewed. As I considered where peace is found, I couldn’t think of one time where a text, email or private message compared with a phone call or face-to-face connection for receiving the confirmation and clarity that brings peace.

As we discussed peace on our call today, FIVE specific ways to find peace were revealed:

  • Coming together in personal connection with others
  • Turning to God as the source of peace
  • Receiving the Atonement into our lives through forgiveness and repentance
  • Choosing to step out of turmoil into peace by doing your Permission Process when you are not feeling in peace
  • Creating an anchor of Hope by sharing the burden and giving it to God

If there isn’t peace, we know it’s not quite right. It’s not time to settle into a path or decision. Only when peace exists do we know that God is present. God is simplicity. If it’s complicated or confusing, there is no peace, and God is not in it. The beautiful piece of this knowledge is that we know that all peace comes through the Prince of Peace. And we always know where to find Him.

Today, I Give Myself Permission to Feel Peace

  • I look forward to every experience
  • I am at peace
  • I am certain of my path
  • I believe in simple solutions
  • God is simple
  • Peace is found when God is present
  • I facilitate from a space of peace
  • I bring peace into every experience
