In this week's episode, Pastor Dave reminds us that despite our vulnerability to lies, slander, and deceit, we can take refuge in God.  No one is immune to the evil lies that Satan wants to convince us of, even in the church. The righteous may seem weak but Jesus gives us the strength to prevail. Psalm 7 says, "I will take refuge in the Lord; I will be glad and rejoice in your love. You have given me greater joy than those who have abundant harvests of grain and wine. In peace I will lie down and sleep, for you alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety."

No matter what lies are told about us, we know that He is our protector and defender.  He is always with us, ready to comfort and defend us.
