I think it's important for me to cultivate my own interests, outside of parenting, in order to model the wholeness that I'd like my daughter to have. I spoke with my friend Christina Chung AKA Chungtech about maintaining an active career as a DJ. Christina really teaches her daughter by example that parents are people too. Her husband Arjuna Sayyed also joins us for a bit of chat.
Show Notes:
*Christina just released a fantastic new mixtape. Play it when you want to get funky https://hobocamp.bandcamp.com/album/modern-funk-fest-cassette-feat-chungtech-and-hotthobo
*Christina and Djumi made naengmyeon (a variety of cold Korean noodles) in a watermelon. I found a fun video that shows you how to do it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t9w4d1nK3Xg
