Jerry and Sal took calls from pissed off Mets fans after Edwin Diaz suffered a knee injury celebrating a win in the World Baseball Classic. Sal is furious with the Worthless Baseball Classic. Jerry said this is a Sal problem, if he cares more than the players. C-Lo returns for his final update of the day and starts with Evan Roberts recording a Rico Brogna podcast about the Edwin Diaz injury. C-Lo has postgame audio from the game in which Diaz was injured. Sal said this is the worst case scenario for the Mets. Aaron Rodgers was on with Pat McAfee and really talked up Nathaniel Hackett. Darren Waller talked about his past injuries and how that’s all behind him now that he’s a Giant. In the final segment of the show, Jerry and Sal take calls about the Diaz injury and Rodgers joining the Jets.
