Hour 1:

A spirited review of Steve Cohen’s presser about the future of the Mets. It sounded like he’s conceding that the season is what it is and it’s about next year. It also seems as if he’s concentrating on hiring David Stearns as the president of baseball operations. Jerry starts with Domingo German making history as the fourth Yankee pitcher in history to pitch a perfect game. After Steve Cohen’s remarks, the Mets go ahead and lose to the Brewers. Adam Ottavino has no answers and it reflects the feeling surrounding the whole team. Jerry also points out an issue with cuts being put into the system that are less than acceptable because they included the non-English quotes along with the translation. Boomer wants to know who it was who did it. Big Zoo hits us with his own explanation, dog. An amusing moment at the NHL Draft as well. The hour concludes with your calls and criticisms about the Mets. A Yankees fan also checks in about being happy about the perfect game but also offers remarks about the negativity in sports talk rather than a focus on the positive. Boomer has further complaints about congestion pricing.

Hour 2:

Who does Steve Cohen sound like? We compare his voice with John McEnroe & Steve Kerr. Callers give Steve Cohen the benefit of the doubt. However, both Boomer & Gio wanted him to address what is wrong with the team right now considering the amount of money being spent. The programming changes at WFAN are also discussed including who is going to work for the New York embargoing D.A. Jerry’s back with the oddity that both John Sterling and Michael Kay were both off on a perfect game night. Both Justin Shackil and Ryan Ruocco lucked out. Of course Rickie Ricardo gave one of his great calls in Spanish. Comments from German as well (through his translator). Josh Donaldson and Giancarlo Stanton provided offense. Steve Cohen backs Buck Showalter for the rest of the season. Also, another Chris Russo malaprop. Darelle Revis explains his beef with Joe Klecko. A couple of NHL notes too. We cap the hour with Gio believing that Boomer wouldn’t take his call yesterday. Boomer explains that he “accidentally” depressed the do not disturb feature. Gio explains what happened with sick family, mother-in-law and the golf game.

Hour 3:

Domingo German is Perfect! The NFL have a really difficult path to walk as they continue to figure out how to contain gambling within the league. Boomer thinks the players/staff need to do a better job understanding the rules and being mindful of what they do instead of complaining. Sarah Walsh made some noise with her thoughts on her husband's golf game and golf etiquette. Big Zoo helps break down what the Knicks got cooking this weekend and much more!

Hour 4:

Yankee fans, enough complaining Domingo German threw a perfect game! Hangover cures. Al is officially sick sick. More on Ryan Mallett's untimely death. The Mets leave Stevie Cohen hanging after the loss to the Brewers. Steve Cohen's pig? Moment of the Day and More - including a caller trying to imagine the dynamic between Sal Licata and Brandon Tierney.
