Janet Starr Hull had a drastic career change after she almost died from aspartame poisoning in 1991. At the time of her illness, she was an environmental science professor at The University of North Texas, an OSHA 40 HAZMAT Emergency Responder, firefighter, and an environmental toxicologist. After she healed herself from Grave’s disease, she went on to get a Doctorate in holistic nutrition and natural medicine. In 1997, she published her first book, Sweet Poison: How The World’s Most Popular Artificial Sweetener Is Killing Us on the dangers of aspartame, and founded Starr Resources International, The Hullistic Network, LLC, and Microbe Conversions.
By combining her experience as a toxicologist with her natural recovery from Grave’s disease, her work transformed into something very unique to help others find answers to their health problems – answers that mainstream medicine does not typically provide.
