In today’s episode Marsha will discuss the importance of addressing childhood trauma and painful past experiences as it plays a role in our adult life.
Traumatic painful experiences from childhood affects how we communicate with others as well as certain beliefs we believe about ourselves.
Toxic relationships, abuse, the loss of a loved one etc, can leave us with unanswered questions in addition to limit what we believe we deserve.
Marsha knows from proven studies that the first 4 to 5 years of a child’s life is the most crucial form of development and their environment as well as experience and interaction with other human beings will shape their identity.
This is not to say that an individual can not heal from their past traumatic events, but it first must be acknowledged to begin the process of healing.
Marsha hopes that in this episode the process of healing will begin so that women can break free from the pain and fully surrender in order to receive all that is good for more joy, healthy relationships and overall happiness.
