Marcus Powers Bio:
* Grew up in Tucson AZ

• Went to culinary school at AIPX

• Externship at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris France

• Continued education at NAU

• Worked at Emerils fishhouse

• Worked for a restaurant chain that was private when I started that went public

• Went back to work for Emerils Delmonico's Steakhouse as a manager and eventually a Sommelier
