Recreational marijuana users are celebrating 4-20 day with a variety of events taking part across the Bay Area, including the annual gathering at Hippie Hill in Golden Gate Park. While it's been five years since the state legalized marijuana, estimates show illegal sales are twice as much as legal sales.
