On Wednesday's Morning Focus, Pat Flynn was joined by, Newmarket-on-Fergus, native Sheila Mcmahon.

Sheila discussed her own background and explained how she became involved in suicide prevention talks. She also highlighted the stigma surrounding suicide and ways to help someone open up and talk about suicide.

The suicide prevention talk will take place on Tuesday the 22nd of August, at 8pm in the Traceys West County Hotel in aid of of the West Clare Mental Health Association.
