Clare's driving test backlog has been significantly whittled down.New CSO figures show the number of people waiting for a test in this county is down 27% compared to last year.There are now 696 learners waiting for a test in Ennis, 262 in Shannon and 203 in Kilrush.Clare Fine Gael TD Joe Cooney is hopeful of seeing further improvements in the near future.
