It has been said that a deceleration of faith will require a demonstration of faith. God has created you and me for His good purpose. You might say that life is a proving ground where God daily prepares us for what He has prepared for us.

"For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast. For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them." (Ephesians 2:8–10) God calls us out of our bondage to sin to serve Him with our newfound freedom.
