    • View the clean beauty switch as a marathon, not a sprint - switching all at once could make your skin freak out!
    • Change out your products as you run out of them, to make it less daunting
    • Switch out your skincare first, ie serum or face lotions, before going to makeup
    • Start with your sunscreen! Mineral sunscreens with zinc oxide or zinc oxide and titanium dioxide are best
    • Look at the return policies - if it doesn’t work for you, switch it out and try another option
