My second (third) recording as part of #audiomo sharing my thoughts on Danish Pastry and people's reactions to being open about depression.
This is the first episode of a short form podcast about my work as an event photographer, video journalist, and social media content creator.
In this episode, I discuss the "mythical" big social media strategy that many small companies think they need before venturing onto social media. I offer some ideas on making a smaller and more manageable strategy that's easier to maintain based on sharing what a company does daily using one of the most powerful media tools that most of us already own: a smartphone.

I am starting out recording a #personaldaily as part of #audiomo this month. In this one I expand on the idea I mentioned in yesterday's recording about the link between entrepreneurship and depression.
I mention a few links/articles: http://www.inc.com/magazine/201309/jessica-bruder/psychological-price-of-entrepreneurship.html
http://www.amazon.com/The-Hypomanic-Edge-Between-Craziness/dp/0743243455
And the documentary I refer to with Stephen Fry is entitled, "The Secret Life of the Manic Depressive".
While at home recently due to a period of physical and mental bad health, I have discovered a few things about myself that I had forgotten.

What makes you happy?
Helga: When I have company. And when I can have a chat with them. Yes.
Is there more? Something with family, perhaps?
Helga: Yes. When I talk with my sister every Saturday. We have a chat for half an hour.
Can you tell us your name?
Helga: Helga.
How old are you?
Helga: 92.
My name is Eva. 47.
First and foremost my children. Working with nice colleagues. Good company with my friends, that means a lot to me.
I have a happy and positive outlook on life, which means I'm greeted with happiness from other people.
But my children first and foremost make me the most happy.
