Welcome to The GymCraic Podcast i am your host Adrian Allen and i would like to explain who i am and why is it i have always wanted to share not just my journey but share the amazing stories and journey of the many amazing people i have been fortunate to have met all over the world through health and fitness.

From the beautiful country of Ireland i have been fortunate to travel to many areas of the world starting my career as an electrician from house bashing in Ireland to the mining industry in the outback of Western Australia until a trip to Thailand put me on a different coarse with a health and fitness career and a much better outlook on life

Im currently located in Perth where im still heavily involved in the fitness industry and online coaching.
