From new to the industry to certified. Anthony has a background in marketing and Alain has a background in food production and hospitality. COVID-19 had a big impact on their industry, but luckily for them they have a network of friends in Healthcare. Their friend Danny extended his hand and the rest is history. 

SIPS was instrumental in them accomplishing their certification.
