A couple of things that have shaped Mitch’s journey as a wealth management and investment advisor have been founded on his experiences in: 1. Working for Larry King, where he learned to be a successful individual, you need to be a good listener coupled with curiosity you can be successful in anything that you do in life. 2. as a board member at a school, he realized that there wasn’t enough financial literacy for children and individuals. He managed to pass a law in New Jersey that stated you can't graduate high school without a one-semester class about basic financial literacy. The current companies and CEOs are now focusing on the big picture as far as companies moving towards environmental and sustainability and good governance goals (ESG) include: treating employees with respect and dignity, focusing on climate change which actually starts at home, having leaders that have EQ and IQ As an individual investor who is conscious about investing with companies that lead consciously, you need to do your due diligence on them.
