It is the first official episode of the new and improved Fantasy Chairmen Podcast! No longer bound to the confines of their own leagues, Ben and Alex are here to give the world their best takes and advice on all things fantasy football! In this first episode of the Fantasy Chairmen Podcast, the Chairmen are joined by none other than, Matt, the Fantasy Sasquatch. Throughout the episode, Alex and Ben play the blind resume game with the 'Squatch. The Chairmen have selected 2 to 4 players from each position (QB, RB, WR, and TE) with similar stats from the 2019 season and blindly compare the players by reading the stats aloud for you and the Fantasy Sasquatch to hear. 'Squatch then has to guess which players put up these numbers in the 2019 season. Play along with the Fantasy Sasquatch as you listen to this episode and see if you can guess the players! There may be some surprising revelations made when you discover which players did what last season....
The Fantasy Chairmen are extremely excited to be out in the public light and want to grow into making this the best show that we can! As part of that growth, the Chairmen are partnering with non-profit youth sports leagues and development programs to help them raise money and promote healthy lifestyles, staying active and fit, and the benefits of being multi-sport athletes.
This August and September, the Chairmen are partnered with the Roundup City Racers, a youth track & field and cross country organization in which Ben volunteers as the President/Head Coach. The Fantasy Chairmen are hosting a raffle where you can win either a Todd Gurley, L.A. Rams, jersey or an Allen Robinson, Chicago Bears, jersey. 100% of the money raised goes directly to the Roundup City Racers to help them in their fundraising and will directly impact the youth they serve (in the form of scholarships, event entries, team apparel/uniforms, and so much more) all year long. All members of the board and coaches for the RCR serve strictly as volunteers and receive no monetary compensation from the organization whatsoever, so you can feel good about all funds going toward a great cause.
