One of my new favorite topics isphysical clutter leads. Why? I believe our physical clutter leads to mental clutter which then leads to more of a mental load. And when we allow physical and mental clutter to go unattended, they have a tendency to snowball and start feeling very overwhelming. The key to preventing this is to start chipping away at the clutter.
