Whether that’s doing mindfulness exercises, engaging in regular physical activity, or even just eating well, these practices can improve the quality of your work and your mindset. In this episode, we’re joined by Dean Laurie Badzek of Penn State University’s College of Nursing to discuss her experience educating students and nurses on applied genomics. She shares her experience helping nurses apply research to their everyday work and prioritize wellness in their school and work lives. Plus, she’s sharing her advice for practicing mindfulness and maintaining a healthy work-life balance in the field of nursing.
