Confidence: the feeling or belief that one can have faith in or rely on someone or something

The whole concept seems so obvious..so simple..but speaking from experience, I know it’s so much deeper than that and SO important in so many aspects of our lives. Confidence is like a muscle and in order to make that muscle stronger, we have to work at it, use it regularly, and make a habit out of it.

I realized early on in my career as a nurse that confidence (or lack thereof) has a much deeper implication than just what you can do for your patients which is exactly why I wanted to discuss it on this episode!

Tune in to hear about all things around confidence such as:

  • How confidence brings clarity
  • It gives you insight into the nursing profession and can help you find what you’re most passionate about
  • It brings fulfillment in what you’re doing (personally and professionally)
  • You can show up for your patience and your unit better
  • Your personal life will improve because you can leave work at work
  • And so much more!

If you’ve ever felt like DAMN I am so freaking anxious when I head into work… I HATE THIS… but you can’t figure out if it’s YOU or the JOB?! This episode is for you.
