In this episode Debbie speaks with Donna Herrington founder of The Herrington Group. Donna has dedicated her entire professional life to increasing accessibility in our community. She is a person living with disability and has worked with both private and public organizations. The Herrington group has extensive experience in accessibility auditing, policy development, human rights legislation, training , curriculum development and human resource management.

This conversation is a small step in acknowledging the gaps in services and policy and investigates small steps we can make as individuals and communities to help make improvements. Discussing how we can support and advocate for people in our communities and how we can make sustainability more accessible to everyone.
