When our focus is on the kingdom of God, loving and serving the saints, and growing ourselves spiritually, we are of great benefit to the kingdom of God. When we lose focus by becoming focused on ourselves, the faults of others, and the shortcomings of God and the word in our life, we will be a draw on the kingdom and purposes of God, needing to benefit from the kingdom instead of bringing benefit to it. Knowing this, the enemy works to get our focus off of what it should be, what God has purposed it to be, and what I feel I need it to be. How successful has he been in your life?
