How is a pastor supposed to “shepherd” the church? Not understanding this role causes pastors to not do what is assigned and congregations to have expectations that pull pastors out of their God assigned duties. If the pastor is not being the shepherd God desires, the church is vulnerable to attack from the enemy (wolves.) How do those not called to be pastors become pastors? How can I get the most from my pastor?
