Newark Police Officer was fired after he reported misconduct committed by supervisors. He case will finally be heard in U.S. District Court in Newark, New Jersey (Judge Dennis Cavanaugh) on Wednesday June 9, 2010, at 9:00 AM. Several Newark Police Supervisors are scheduled to testify for the plaintiff Darren Nance. The testimony is expected to reveal the policies, and practices used by supervisors to protect rogue cops and terminate the employment of honest cops that report misconduct.
