This doesn't mean go on a complete hiatus or give up.. It means, take a breather, do what you need to do and jump back in. Listen in to hear how this might benefit you!

And my goal with today's episode to to help you feel empowered to MAKE THE CHANGE. Understand the benefits on the other side of this challenge and COMMIT.

Remember back to when you were a kid.. you learned to walk, talk, ride a bike, play sports, math, science etc. So much GROWTH happens as a kid. But somewhere along the way we lose that lust for self growth. We think we are done with school so we are done with growing.
Self improvement isn't just a trend or a social media phenomenon, it's an obligation as a human being. And lack of it could have detrimental impacts on the longevity or quality of your life. This is more serious than we make it out to be. We think we will get to it when life slows down - but instead we need to make it a priority SO THAT we can become less stressed. We're stressed out enough - why add the consequences of not focussing on yourself, your health and well being.
If this was a good reminder for you, please share it with your friends on social media and tag me @amber.sealey!
This episode is a bit different. This is real and raw, me sharing one struggle I'm navigating in real time. Something I don't have a solution for yet. Something that I also know a lot of you can resonate with. So I decided to just start the conversation.
I mean this from the bottom of my heart, if this really hits home and you feel lonely in the same ways that I do, please reach out. We might just be the friend we each need @amber.sealey.
If you're an athlete you might resonate with this one! You know how you ignore all your injuries or tough it out so you can keep competing.. and then years later you suffer the consequences. We're going to talk about that today!
Here's the thing, we are afraid to admit we have to take a step back because we just want to keep going so badly! We want to keep making progress. And not doing the things we love to our fullest potential is frustrating. But what if long run this setback is actually an opportunity for your future..
If this hits home, shoot me a DM over on IG @amber.sealey!
I get it, journaling doesn't sound very sexy.. but TRUST me when I say it can have an impact! And honestly journaling isn't a one size fits all - there are so many forms of journaling that you may not even think is journaling!
Listen in to hear a few examples of how you can get started and WHY this can help you in your life!
As always, reach out to me on IG if you found this episode helpful @amber.sealey!
This is a GOOD one for you if you feel STUCK. If you are down on yourself for not making progress. Or if you just feel really unclear about where you want to go in life.
In today's episode we slow things down and we do a deep dive on YOU. I'll ask you a series of questions that will really challenge you to think hard about your past, present and future.
If this was beneficial to you, please let me know over on IG @amber.sealey!
Listen UP!! It's time to call out our inner dialogue and our own BS!!
Are you finding yourself subconsciously saying you suck at something? Because that is probably also resulting in no progress being made in that area. Check yourself on that because sometimes we don't even know we are doing it!
We all start as beginners. Of course we suck when we are new. But if you never practice, you'll never make the progress you know you want deep down.

Honestly, I feel really called to share about this topic lately. I've been hiding a part of myself for so long because I've just been afraid to be judged for being different than people my age. But now I have the confidence to share about it and hopefully help you if you feel the same way.
The partying lifestyle just ain't it for me. I've known for a long time but felt guilty or felt judged for not liking it because let's face it.. that's what most people in their 20s love to do! But not me. I want to normalize a different version of fun. Because everyone has their own version of fun and neither one is right or wrong. So let's stop with the judgement and let everyone have fun the way they want to!
If this hits home with you I would LOVE to connect over on IG @amber.sealey!
Let's get FIRED UP!!! If you've been just going through the motions and don't feel excited about life or that journey you're on.. this episode is for you! I shared a few tips that can help you get that spark back right away! But also a few tips on how to make this last long term!

This can be so tough. When you feel like you have bigger dreams, goals, ambitions than everyone else around you. It feels lonely. And doubt starts to creep in. I've been there.
But trust me.. this is a GOOD THING. It means you are GROWING and on the right path. People won't get it at first or maybe ever. But if this is changing your life and getting you closer to your dreams, it's so dang worth it.
Listen in for some FIRE and as always reach out to me on IG @amber.sealey if this hits home with you!

Who is BUSY?!?! I'm willing to bet YOU are! And I'm here to help!
Listen in to today's JUICY episode for one simple thing that could change your whole perspective. Get out of the busy mindset and start LIVING the life you are excited about. We don't have time to waste being unhappy & too busy. We do have time to open our mind and figure out what we DO want.
IG: amber.sealey
Let's take a step back to reflect.. before you skip this one, just know that this is a reflection with a little bit of spice. We are digging deep into why we feel so much overwhelm these days and how we can start to overcome that.
Let's DO THE WORK to feeling our BEST.
IG: @amber.sealey
Do you feel overwhelmed in the summer. Or do you just feel like you have so many commitments you can't miss. It's wedding season, cottage weekends, events... everyone's always doing something! Which can be fun - but can also be overwhelming.
If you find you're stress feels high through the summer despite the fun events, something needs to change. We need to set some boundaries. Listen in for how to FEEL GOOD this summer while still having fun.
If this hits home with you, please send me a DM over on IG @amber.sealey!
Today, I want to just be REAL for a hot minute. I want to remind you of the value of HARD WORK. I think as a whole, we've lost that edge. We've lost the meaning of hard work. We're being told by social media that "hustling" is bad. That working "too hard" is bad. And we've slowly gone to the whole opposite end of the spectrum.
My goal today was to light a fire in you. To give you permission to HUSTLE for what feels right for you. To remind you that hustling towards something you love, that energizes you, that brings you joy - that's not a bad thing. If you've found something you feel that deep routed passion in.. HUSTLE BABY HUSTLE.
If this episode hit home for you, please reach out to my on IG @amber.sealey so we can continue the conversation. Passionate and ambitious people are made to stick together after all!
Fear of judgment is something we all face constantly. Think about it, when's the last time you didn't do something because you thought someone would judge.. probably yesterday.
But what if subconsciously, we are preventing ourselves from opening doors that could change our whole freaking lives!! We need to stop normalizing being scared. We need to be BOLDER and stand up to that fear. Whether it's someone from our past, friends or even close family - we can't let the fear of being judged hold us back.
If this is something you struggle with, please reach out to me on IG @amber.sealey so we can chat through it together!
As you know, meal prep is ESSENTIAL to my routine. But sometimes, it can start to get boring. Or I start to get sick of certain foods that I've loved for so long. That's when you know it's time to change it up!
I recently made some changes in my meal prep routine that have made a HUGE difference. So naturally, I had to take you along for the ride! Listen in to my tips on how to start loving your meal prep again!
Give me a shout on IG @amber.sealey if you want to get started with meal prep!
It's that time of year! As amazing as summer is, it can get BUSY. Wedding season, cottage weekends, events.. all the things are happening! To be honest, it's so easy to get overwhelmed and completely let go of our routines.
But what if you could stick with it? What if you could have all the fun but ALSO stay consistent with your routine. Wouldn't that feel AMAZING?
Listen in to my FOUR tips to stay consistent through a busy summer season! As always, reach out to me on IG @amber.sealey to chat!
Change feels lonely. I'll be the first to admit that because I've been through it. When you decide to make a change and nobody else follows.. it can feel tough. Sometimes, especially if you're feeling judged, it can even feel like quitting and going back to your old self is easier.
But what if I told you that what's on the other side of this change is ABUNDANCE. Listen in to hear WHY giving up isn't the right choice here. Keep going and you'll be grateful when you get there.
My DMs are always open on IG @amber.sealey!
Money. It's what everyone talks about these days. It's what everyone wants more of. So in today's episode, I give you ONE very specific example of something that has the potential to impact your financial future. Trust me, it's worth having an open mind to!
I won't give too much away.. but if YOU are someone who struggles with feeling like you should be paid more because you work harder than your coworkers... THIS EPISODE IS FOR YOU.
As per usual - send me a DM over on IG @amber.sealey if this hit home with you!
Yes I said it. You gotta lose if you wanna win! Coming in here so spontaneously with no plan for this podcast tonight. I got a wave of inspo through a sports analogy and it HIT DEEP with me. If you're a sports person - I think you're going to like this one!
In today's episode, I encourage you to think deeper about those who you consider winners. What did it actually take to get to where they are now?.. Well I'll tell you, it took a whole lot of LOSING for starters. Nobody successful ever got to where they are by winning every single step of the way.
If you're vibing with this topic, shoot me a DM over on IG @amber.sealey! I'd love to chat about it!!
If you feel very overwhelmed and stressed on a regular basis.. chances are you have a chronic case of DECISION FATIGUE. You just have too many things on your mind or things on your to do list and it makes you feel like you're always behind. But good news! This is something we can fix!
Listen in for 3 ways to reduce that decision fatigue and eliminate stress. Apply these 3 things are I bet you'll feel so much better on a day to day basis.
Give me a shout on IG if this is something you struggle with @amber.sealey!
Let's talk career promotions today. Recently I got promoted in my engineering job and it's made me do a lot of reflection on how I got here. Some things became very clear to me that I had to share with you if you are also working your way up the corporate ladder. So if you are actively working on getting promoted or you know you want to someday.. listen in for a perspective shift that might be the game changer for you.
As always, reach out to me on IG if this resonates with you or if you are in this stage of your career @amber.sealey!
Why oh why is meal prep so overwhelming! It's that thing we wish we were rockstars at, but also that thing that just feels SO hard to get into a routine with.
In today's episode I walk you through what I think is my SECRET. The secret sauce that has helped me stay consistent for over 4 years with my meal prep journey. And the best part is that it's way simpler than you might think!

Time management is definitely not something everyone is skilled at. But I'd like to think after a lifetime of sports, extra curriculars, side businesses and work that I've gotten pretty good at it! Which is probably why this is one of the top requested episodes this year!
Even if you SUCK at time management right now, listen in and take control. Just because you suck now, doesn't mean you'll suck forever. With some of the tips I share in this episode, you'll be on your way to becoming a master of your time!

Are you in a tough season right now? Does everything feel like it's falling apart or do you just feel helpless? This episode is for you.
It's in seasons like this that we are more likely to start leaning out of everything. Including the things that are GOOD for us. But WHY? Why are we leaning out when what we really need to move past this is to LEAN IN.
Listen in and give yourself the gut check you need to get out of this tough season. If this helps, I always love to hear from you on Instagram @amber.sealey!
Far too often I catch myself RUSHING through life. Wishing away the current season because I want to be at the "end goal". I get so caught up in the next chapter that I forget to savour the chapter I'm currently in and how I once wished for this season right now.
You feel me?
Sometimes we need to take our foot off the gas and remind ourselves why we are here. Why are we on this path we're on? And is that why even aligned anymore! We need to sometimes take a minute to course correct if things start to go south.
Listen in if you feel like you wish you were in that next stage all the time. And DM me @amber.sealey if this hits home for you!
Today we're talking all about being RESOURCEFUL. In my opinion that is the most important skill when it comes to starting something new or even just to see success in something in general. Sure a lot of ventures you need other skills.. but truly, if you are resourceful, you can figure all that stuff out as you go!
Or maybe, you know how to do something, but it's taking up way more time than it needs to.. being resourceful for you could mean outsourcing something so that you can better allocate your time to other things that are more important or move the needle forward.
Needed to hear this today? Reach out to me on IG @amber.sealey!
Today I want to share a different perspective with you. This isn't an episode telling you that you just need to suck it up. This isn't faulting you for being overwhelmed. This episode is going to encourage to stop and THINK. Half the problem with being too busy is that we don't ever just take a minute. We just keep going in the same "busy" loop over and over just to keep up!
BUT, what if we stopped and asked ourself: do we like the busy? Or do we not like the busy? This is a powerful question that can trigger you to start taking action towards a path of "busy" that actually gives you purpose.
Did this hit home? DM me over on IG @amber.sealey!
You know that feeling like you're always behind. Or you had a mile long to do list and you didn't accomplish it all so you feel like a failure? In this episode, I'm walking you through a strategy that I just started implementing in my own journey this year.. and it's made a HUGE difference already! I feel like I'm already ahead starting the night before!
If you think this idea will benefit you, I'd love to hear from you on IG @amber.sealey!
NEW PODCAST NAME ALERT!
Project: Live with Purpose is LIVE! Listen in as I explain the reasons why I changed the name of this show and what to expect going forward!
Ultimately my goals have changed. My perspective on life has changed. And therefore, I wanted my message to you to change in alignment with that.
If you LOVE the new name, I would really appreciate if you shared it on social media and tagged me so that the message gets out @amber.sealey!
This one is POWERFUL. I'm in a season where being intentional is EVERYTHING. I've been taking a lot of inventory on my life, my business, my journey.. and I started to realize that I was just going through the motions and checking boxes. Feeling like I was being productive, but really not doing the right things intentionally to get towards my goals.
This episode is all about recognizing if we are not being intentional in some area and taking some initial steps to course correct! For example - are you intentionally listening to this podcast.. or are you getting distracted by a lot of other things?
If this hits home with you, please tag me over on IG @amber.sealey so we can chat!
This episode is for anyone who is stuck in a discouraging season. Maybe things aren't going as planned and maybe you're even comparing to someone else. Idolizing someone else's life and thinking you could never have what they have.
This is your reminder.. that YOU are an inspiration to somebody else out there. Whether you know them or not. Could be a stranger, could be your significant other, could be your own kids. There is ALWAYS someone watching you. Someone sees you. And that someone is relying on YOU to show up to inspire them to do the same.
I believe that in my core. I hope you do to. As always, would love if you sent me a DM over on IG @amber.sealey!
Today we're talking about VISION. But not just on a surface level. I get deep on WHY having a vision is so important. Think about it, most of us get so caught up in the day to day that we don't even realize what we actually want. We don't take inventory and realize that what we want doesn't align with what we are currently doing.
It's time to stop and think. It's time to get DEEP. It's time to get emotional. It's time not just to create a vision for your life, but to create deeply rooted emotional ties to it. Make not working towards that vision not an option.
If this episode hits home for you, please send me a DM over on IG @amber.sealey!
A bit of real talk in this episode.. Because honestly I'm going through a bit of a funky season. I've been doing a lot of reflecting and realizing a lot of things just need to change. Some things that used to be a priority maybe aren't anymore.
I'm realizing now that it all makes sense! As I grow and evolve as a person - of course my priorities change! So in this episode I wanted to normalize that and just be real with you about where I'm at!
If this episode resonated with you, as always reach out to me on IG @amber.sealey!
Today's episode is IMPACTFUL. Building habits is really one of the fundamental steps to making a change. But far too often we give up on our habits for the wrong reasons.
Listen in to hear exactly how I break down each habit and how I make it LAST. It's a simple process that truly has the ability to impact your life on a massive scale. Let's change the way we think of habits and go make our dreams become our reality.
If this episode resonated with you, please reach out on IG @amber.sealey!
You know that one goal you have.. that one that you just can't seem to achieve. And it's driving you nuts because you can't figure out why. Today I walk you through a couple reasons why you may be "blocked" from hitting that goal, how to identify it and also a few tools on how to work through it.
See you over on IG @amber.sealey!
In today's episode, I am addressing a huge elephant in the room. How the world has undergone drastic changes over the last couple of years.. specifically when it comes to finances. Something nobody ever wants to talk about. Truly though, I feel so strongly that if we don't change with the times, we are in trouble. The world is changing.. so I must ask, are you changing along with it?
As always, send me a DM over on IG and let's chat @amber.sealey!
It happens to the best of us. We have all this momentum and excitement for all the new goals we set for the year. We can't wait to see it all come true.. but then life happens. Back to work, back to the grind and we convince ourselves that we just don't have time for new goals or that it's not in the cards for us.
Let's end the cycle.
Listen in to get PUMPED UP and re-light that fire. Today we draw the line in the sand and say no more. This time we do the dang thing. If you're with me, send me a DM on IG @amber.sealey!
Let's just be honest, 2022 wasn't the best year for a lot of us. If you're feeling down about how you ended the year, listen in for a new perspective that could change the way your 2023 ends.
Personally, I'm taking this opportunity to focus on me, myself and I. Remembering the real reasons why I'm on this journey. Remembering that certain accolades aren't the be all end all. And also being open with myself and understanding that maybe I was doing things for the wrong reasons.
Listen in if this hits home for you and give me a shout over on IG @amber.sealey!
Need a pump up?! This episode is definitely for you. I want to remind you that when something feels hard and you want to throw in the towel.. think about this perspective:
What was once hard for you, is now easy for you. Think of all the examples of things that have gone from your hardest task to something you do without thought now. Use this mindset shift to carry you forward through this tough season.
Give me a shout over on IG @amber.sealey if this resonates with you!
Might be an unpopular opinion.. but I say SCREW those new year's resolutions! I don't mean screw goal setting, I just mean screw that arbitrary timeline that everyone pressures you into thinking you have to meet. Screw the never ending cycle of setting a goal "just because" it's the new year. Listen in to hear my perspective and a strategy that may work better for you.
As always, if this hits home for you, reach out to me on IG @amber.sealey!
It's time to take a step back and reflect. This episode is all about YOU. But with a bit of a tough love kick to it. Because I know that you are here because you have big goals you want to reach. So I want to help you go through those gut check questions you know you need to ask yourself.
If you haven't yet, go back and listen to episode 94: A moment of reflection (referenced in this episode).
Send me a DM if this episode was helpful for you @amber.sealey!
Alright y'all, can we just be REAL and HONEST for a few minutes? I feel like we always fear that 'messy middle' stage where things just feel like a mess and nothing is going right and we just want nothing more than to be at that finish line. You feel me?
But I think we fear it so much because we think it doesn't happen to other people. Or we think our situation is always worse. I'm here to tell you that this is normal. This is just a part of life that we all have to go through. Heck, I'm going through it right now in real time!
If you're in that messy middle stage please give me a shout over on IG @amber.sealey so we can normalize it together!
This has been such a highly requested topic that I had to share about it! It also happens to be something that I'm going through in REAL TIME. Y'all know I just moved into our first home and with that comes a lot of overwhelm! My schedule has been completely consumed with new house activities and work that cooking is the last thing I want to do.
Listen in to some of my best tips for how to meal prep through a CRAZY season. Because it is possible! It may look different, but it is still possible. If you find this helpful, please reach out and let me know or tag me in your stories on IG @amber.sealey!
I've had way too many DMs lately about being OVERWHELMED and BUSY and STRESSED and how life feels so CHAOTIC. Listen, it's time we have a serious chat.
What if (and I say this is the kindest way possible), what if we are actually creating more chaos than necessary. What if it's actually not as bad as we think. Or if it is - why don't we CHANGE it. Because reminder, change is in our control.
Listen in for some tough love on how to manage and battle through a crazy season. Touch base with me over on IG @amber.sealey if you want to chat it out!

We are in the last quarter of the year. You may be realizing that you aren't even close to reaching some of your goals you set out for at the start of the year. But guess what, the year isn't over yet. You have a choice to make.
You can throw in the towel and give up OR you can work for it. The first option is easier in the moment. But think about that feeling on December 31st. How do you want to feel? Do you want to feel one step closer or three steps behind. It's up to you.
If you are ready to GO FOR IT, I'd love for you to send me a DM @amber.sealey and CALL YOUR SHOT! Let's do this!!
This is a saucy one! If you need a little kick in the pants, this is your episode. I share a little sports analogy that I hope you can vibe with. When faced with a choice to go for it or throw in the towel, recognize the consequences of each choice. Give yourself the dang opportunity. Give yourself more credit because you deserve the shot.
Get yourself in the dang arena instead of wondering what if from the outside.
If you can connect with this, send me a DM over on IG @amber.sealey!
In light of Canadian Thanksgiving, I wanted to do a quick episode to remind you to be thankful. As cheesy as it sounds, it is so important to shut everything down for just one day and recognize the people and the things that make you a happy person. Speaking from experience, you never know when it'll be your last conversation with someone. Be intentional in the moment and truly show appreciation for those that matter to you today.
Would love to hear what you're thankful for over on IG @amber.sealey!
If you're feeling overwhelmed right now.. I'm right there with you! Today is the day that Vlad and I get the keys to our first home together! As excited as we are, it also comes with some added work, stress and overwhelm. There are definitely a million tabs open in my head right now!
Listen in to a few tips and tactics that I'm learning in real time as I go through this. Tactics on how to manage all the tabs, take a step back and maybe even ask for help when you need it.
I'd love to hear from you if you have more tips for me in this season! My DMs are always open over on IG @amber.sealey!
This episode is a little bit different. Instead of giving you a PEP talk about something I'm passionate about, I made this episode all about YOU.
Listen in as I walk you through a series of questions to ask yourself and really reflect. Create an action plan for how to get from where you are now to the life you envision for yourself later down the road.
Also, please let me know if you're vibing with this style of episode! Let me know @amber.sealey on IG!
You know that dreaded feeling when you know life is about to get so busy. You feel like you won't be able to do all the things you love. You prepare to give it up before it even happens..
Let's change that narrative ASAP. Let's challenge that mentality. Why should we give up on ourselves just because we are busy? What? Heck NO!
In this episode, I walk you through some strategies on how to manage all the things despite being busy. Some of it is tangible, and some just simply in the mindset. Definitely worth the listen if you're feeling overwhelmed with your busy schedule right now!
Check in with me on IG @amber.sealey!

You know that phrase "you've changed". I feel like it always comes off as such a negative thing. It makes us question the choices we've made. It makes us wonder if we are doing the right thing. Let's flip the script.
Think about your life. Do you want to be the same person you've always been? Do you want to be stuck in that old identity that person knows you as? Or are you craving change? Are you PROUD of the person you're becoming?
Listen in as I discuss some of the challenges I've overcome as I've completely changed my identity. If you can relate, send me a DM @amber.sealey. This is a topic I am especially passionate about!
I get it. Trust me I get it. I know sometimes we feel like we are the only ones going through it. We are the only ones who have 1001 things on our to do lists. But we're not. We are all in the same boat called life. And yes - life can be crazy.
In this episode I share a different perspective on being too busy. Because maybe it's not actually that you're too busy - it's that you're busy doing the wrong things. It's time for a hard reality check. Evaluate your schedule for things that really aren't serving you... before you say there aren't any, look harder.
I promise you things will get better if you start making those small tweaks that you deep down know you need to make. And remind yourself that if this isn't the life you want to be living 30 years from now.. then something NEEDS to change NOW.
If you're calling your shot, I want to know about it! Message me on IG @amber.sealey so I can cheer you on!
We've all been there. The dreaded feeling that nothing is going right or we aren't making any progress on any of our goals. Well, sometimes in these cases we are our own worst enemy. This episode is all about saying YES to anything that could lead somewhere. Because you'll never know if you don't try! Listen in to hear more about how you can take action on making a change!
If you are feeling stuck, DM me @amber.sealey and we can navigate it together!

We all know that feeling when we've been procrastinating something. Or we've been putting something off for longer than we wanted. But every time we think about it, we think "not right now". So today, I bring you The Challenge.
This is inspired from a fitness challenge I'm doing with the girls in my accountability group. But I wanted to bring this to you and the listeners of the podcast with a bit of a reframe. Instead of being a fitness challenge, it's a challenge you can apply to ANY goal you have.
Send me a DM @amber.sealey if you want to accept The Challenge! I'd love to hear what goals you are ready to TAKE ACTION on!!
I wish I knew how powerful energy could be. But truthfully, I don't think it's possible to understand the magnitude of it until you actually FEEL it. I recently attended our annual coach summit event and it absolutely changed my perspective on my coaching business and my life.
Energy can make you or break you. Make sure that you are surrounding yourself intentionally with the right people. The ones who lift you up and inspire you to go for more. The ones who challenge you. When you do that, you'll experience the energy shift within you. The one that makes you fall in love with life all over again.
As always I'd love to connect over on IG @amber.sealey!

It's been a couple weeks since I've released a new episode on here. If you follow me over on IG then you probably know why. But I'm back and ready to take you along for the ride of how I'm getting through this season of grief I am in. In this episode I have a couple of tips that have helped me so far.
If you're going through a similar season, I'd love to connect with you over on Instagram @amber.sealey
You know that feeling of failure? You are so excited about some new venture or activity you're taking on.. and then you do it and it just doesn't go the way you envisioned it at all. And then you convince yourself you're not cut out for it and throw in the towel.
I've been there. But the thing is, if it's really on your heart, you owe it to yourself to try again. Maybe all you need is a reframe! Listen in to my tips to help you see success!
If this resonates with you, share it to your story and tag me on IG @amber.sealey!
Do you feel like you are just going through the motions in your life? Or maybe you didn't even realize it until I asked the question. But so many people tell me they are stuck in some place they can't seem to get out of. Or it's just easier to stay stuck than to make the change.
But isn't it worth putting in the work for a better life? Isn't it worth the time now so that later you don't regret not going for it?
Listen in to hear all about how to get out of this cycle you're in and make a big change! As always, reach on to me on IG and we can chat @amber.sealey!
Sometimes all you need to spark that fire again is a little challenge. And maybe that challenge is something totally unrelated to your goals! It's often the most unexpected challenges that you gain the most benefit from!
Listen in to hear how a nutrition challenge I did changed the game for my mindset journey! Totally unexpected, but the ripple effect is going to be massive!
I'd love to hear what challenge you are taking on next! Send me a message on Instagram @amber.sealey!
I'm about to reveal the REAL secret to keeping up with a morning routine.. You'll have to listen in to find out! There could be some really simple tips that could change the whole game for you!

If you know me at all, you know I'm a planner. I loveee to plan. I'm always that person in the group that needs an itinerary! But sometimes our plan can fail us. Sometimes we might over-plan to a point of failure.
Sometimes we plan so much that it prevents us from taking action. Other times we plan so much that we don't take the curve balls into consideration. Either way I've got some tips for you.
Reach out on Instagram if this resonates with you @amber.sealey!
Y'all.... it's okay. It's okay to be off track. It's okay to not be on the ball 100% of the time. It's okay to fall out of routine... as long as we get back up!
We ALL go through it sometimes. Busy seasons are an inevitable part of life. It's important to recognize that and start building that resilience muscle instead of wanting to throw in the towel. Listen in for some of my tips for staying the path even when it's hard and you don't want to.
Reach out to me on IG @amber.sealey if this was helpful!
This episode is a gentle reminder to us all that it's OK to change. Sometime we forget that and we think we need to stay true to who we've always been. But if that doesn't align with you anymore, why stay stuck in it?
In this episode I take you through my history of losing my identity as an athlete. It was a tough journey, and it took me a long time to realize that I was allowed to be someone else. Listen in if you can relate to the feeling of losing an identity and trying to navigate your way through that.
As always, I'd love to chat it out with you over on IG @amber.sealey!
Alright y'all! Let's talk about being "perfect". Far too often I hear people talking about how they aren't ready to do something because it's not the "right" time or they aren't "good enough" yet to show the world. Like sorry what? Since when did being an expert or perfect at something become a requirement to start something?
I get it, I used to be there. I've always been a massive perfectionist. But I've learned that the best things in my life have come from imperfection. There's so much growth opportunity that we throw away because we're waiting for perfect.
If you struggle with this, send me a DM on Instagram so we can chat through it @amber.sealey!
I just want to take this opportunity to thank you all for listening in! It truly means the world to me to know this podcast is helping you in your life! AND I'd love for your DMs, story tags and shares to keep coming! It really helps me get the message out!
This episode was once again inspired by YOU. I'm chatting all about meal prep to help you get started and stay the coarse just by playing to your own strengths!
Share this episode if it it helped with your meal prep @amber.sealey!
It's time for a spicy episode!! My inbox has been FULL of people asking the same question:
"Do you have any tips for motivation?"
Answer: No
Because motivation is not something I ever rely on. It's a word I've removed from my repertoire. And what's the replacement?
DISCIPLINE.
Listen in for some of the reasons why and tag me on Instagram @amber.sealey if this episode was helpful for you!
Consistency is something I talk about all the time on this podcast. But today I have a funny story to share that might shift your perspective. Listen in to hear my story and how it may relate to some of the struggles you have with consistency.
Remember, I'm always here to support you over on IG @amber.sealey!
We've all felt this way before. The dreaded feeling of "why am I still stuck in the same place after all this time". Growth takes time. It's a critical part of the journey. And often times we forget to remind ourselves of the small wins along the way.
In this episode, I've given you a few questions to ask yourself if you're feeling stuck. Use these as a reminder that you can still do this. You are capable. This is your journey and you're going to learn a lot of things along the way. I'm cheering for you!
If you're feeling stuck, reach on to me on IG @amber.sealey so we can chat through it!
A couple weeks ago I attended a leadership conference for coaching. I travelled with a few other coaches on my team down to Vegas and it was inspiring to say the least!
In this episode I share my biggest takeaways that can apply to more than just coaching. To anyone working towards a big goal, listen up! These are not tips you want to miss!
I'd love to dive deeper into these topics with you over on IG @amber.sealey!
Have you ever had a conversation with someone that just completely changed your perspective on something? Or just opened your eyes to just how many people go through the same thing without ever saying anything. That's what happened to me this week.
I had a private conversation with a coworker that completely shocked me. Just by opening up to him and sharing about my life outside of work and some of my life ambitions.. he felt the confidence to share the same thing. Which I never would have expected. Sometimes, just by sharing your story, you can inspire someone else to take action on their life.
Let me know if you connected with this episode on IG @amber.sealey!
You know that moment. The time when your excitement for something new starts to fade. And it grows and grows until you just give up. I feel like that's a common trend this time of year. The energy and momentum from the new year slowly fades away and we slip back to our old habits.
But what if you don't. Picture a future version of you at the end of the year. Who do you want that person to be? What is it going to take to get there? Usually it's the discipline of doing the small tasks each day that are so easy to do but just as easy not to. That's what it takes. Don't get to the end and realize you missed out because of that.
If you need more of a pump up, reach out to me on IG @amber.sealey!
If you know me at all, you know that I'm a planner. I love lists, I love checking things off, I love everything about making a plan and successfully accomplishing it. But today, I say SCREW THE PLAN.
Too many of you have been reaching out frustrated that you can't figure out the perfect plan. You aren't clear on what you want or you have no idea how to plan around all the crazy things going on. So my advice is to just start doing things! Sign up for the class, the race and just take ACTION. Plans are great for giving yourself some direction, but when it starts to prevent you from actually doing anything... that's when we need to get rid of it!
Let's be real, most of the time, things never go according to plan anyways! So let's normalize having no idea what we want and just going for it anyways! Send me a DM on IG so we can chat about it @amber.sealey!
We are already half way through January.. Are you still on track with some of the goals you set? This is often the time when a lot of people fall off track. So today's episode is all about getting your sh*t together and doing the damn thing.
In this episode I share 3 of my top tips for how to get on track this year. But one thing you've got to keep in mind is to cut the crap and be honest with yourself. That's the best way to actually get things done!
I'd love your feedback, so please reach out to me on IG or tag me in your stories @amber.sealey so we can get in touch!
We always fear that feeling of "I have no idea what I'm doing". But in reality, we never grow until we fully experience that. We never move past it until we put our reps in. It's something we need to embrace and go through in order to get anywhere!
Really, being uncomfortable is a requirement for growth. Too often we quit on something just because it doesn't feel comfy, which really just means we are robbing ourselves of learning something new!
Before you decide to give up this time, listen in to some reasons why we need to go through the messy stages to get to where we want to go! As always shoot me a message on IG @amber.sealey if this episode resonates with you!
If you've been around for a while, you know that I do not believe there is ever a right time to do something.. but if there was one, wouldn't it be RIGHT NOW. Fresh new year, in January, on a Monday.. So if you are that person that's been waiting for the right time, what's the hold up now?
In this episode I run through a few deep questions to ask yourself about what is really holding you back. Plus I give you a bit of a reframe on reflecting on your past that can benefit you going forward.
As always I LOVE to hear from you on IG @amber.sealey!
If you've been listening since this time last year, you know that I do not believe in New Year's Resolutions.. Why? Because shouldn't we be making new goals throughout the whole year? Not just limiting ourselves to one opportunity?
But this year I want you to go even deeper when you come up with your goals. Think about the narrative you are telling yourself. Think about the things that have just been off the table for years because you decided you weren't the type of person that could do it. Let's change that story.
Decide that YOU ARE that person or YOU CAN do that thing. Most of the time, the only thing holding us back is ourselves!
I'd love to hear your I AM statements in my IG DMs @amber.sealey!
This episode is a bit of a different vibe. I'm all about working hard to achieve some big goals for your life. But it's also important to take time to relax and enjoy with family and friends. So this episode is your reminder to really enjoy the holiday season the year!
If you're like me, you have some huge goals set for 2022. But in order to achieve those you need to have energy! We don't want to start the year off with nothing left in the tank! That's why it's so important to take the time to relax and enjoy time with those who care about you!
As always, shoot me a DM on IG so we can chat @amber.sealey!
This is a fun one! Remember a time when you were going through a dating phase. You're flirty! You're having fun, you're interested, but you're not committed. And sometimes we are that way with our goals too.
If people don't know what you're working towards, it probably means you haven't told them. And a lot of the time, in my own experience, that means I'm not really committed to that thing.
We have to remind ourselves that results in any area takes time and COMMITMENT. If you aren't fully committed to something, you can't expect to have the same results as someone who is!
If you're struggling to commit to something, reach out to me on IG @amber.sealey because maybe I can help!
How many times have you been down on yourself for missing a goal? How many times have you compared yourself to someone else when it comes to hitting goals? How many times have you quit on something just because you went through a hard season?
It's time to take a step back and look at the bigger picture. That one goal you missed this year, is nothing in the grand scheme of things. In 5 years from now you won't even remember that because you'll have achieved so many other things since then.
But also step back and look at all the things you did achieve. Don't forget how far you've come. You wouldn't be who you are today if you never started in the first place!
As always, if this hit home with you, tag me on IG @amber.sealey!
Nobody can predict the future. Nobody knows if something will work out or not before they start. So why do we let "if only I knew" hold us back from trying?
If only I knew I would be successful..
If only I knew it would work out..
But you will never know.. until you try. And maybe then you'll be able to look back and flip the scrip..
If only I knew what I know now.. I wouldn't have hesitated for a second.
This is your sign to just go for it. And if you're struggling to dive in, send me a message on instagram @amber.sealey so we can chat through it together!
The title says it all.. Energy is EVERYTHING. The way you show up to life not only affects you, but it rubs off on other people around you. You know that person running the meeting that is super dull, monotone and low energy.. Yeah that person puts you to sleep.
But when someone walks into a room and you can feel the excitement.. the kind that actually raises your energy levels too. That keeps you engaged. And it's no different in life.
Showing up with energy will take you to the next level I promise you. So choose to surround yourself with others who have that same type of energy! It'll make the world of a difference!

"I can't wait until I can retire."
Something I used to think on the daily back when I first started my engineering job. I'd literally be jealous of people who were retirement age just because I didn't like going to work every day. But think about that.. I was literally wishing away 30+ years of my life! All because I didn't love my job?!
There is an alternative. You aren't stuck in one career forever. Choose to find something else that fulfills you. Choose to find the type of passion that you don't want to retire from. Yes, it's extra work. Yes it's time consuming. But isn't it worth it to get the rest of your life back?
If these thoughts resonate with you, please reach out on IG @amber.sealey! I'd love to continue the conversation!
What really is a habit anyways.. Is it not as simple as parking in the same spot every day at work? Something you do without even thinking. That's a Class A habit. So if we can do those things for our jobs, can't we do them for ourselves?
Take inventory of all the habits you've developed for your job. Now take inventory of the ones you've developed for you.. Why is it that job always seems to trump personal. YOU are more important than your job. You think your job is on the line if you don't show up, well guess what.. Your LIFE is on the line if you don't show up for YOU.

It's officially the ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY of Project Hustle!
I just want to take a moment to thank every single one of you who has been here supporting my journey! I appreciate you so much - more than I can even express! I truly wouldn't be here without y'all!
Today I take you down memory lane of how this podcast came to be. But not just to tell you a story. But to help you understand where I started. I had zero clue what I was doing back then, but I did it anyways. And you are more than capable of doing the exact same thing.
I'd love to connect with you over on IG @amber.sealey! Share this episode on your story so we can celebrate this milestone together! :)
It starts with belief. I used to think that was BS. I used to be that person that said dreams are not meant for people like me, with my background, from where I come from. But now here we are and I have my own podcast teaching you about belief. Clearly a full circle moment.
Before you tell me you aren't capable of something, please listen to this episode. Try out some of the strategies I listed. And by try I mean try for at least a month or two. Changing your belief mindset is something that takes a long time. I'm not going to lie and say it's a quick journey. But it's so damn worth it.
If you are struggling with self doubt, reach out to me on IG so we can chat @amber.sealey!
Tough times don't last, tough people do.
It breaks my heart to see people giving up on the things that matter to them. Especially just because it got hard. I find this time of year, just with seasonal changes and routine changes, so many people quit on things that are important just because it got hard.
But the thing to remember is that this is just a season. And often times, it's the things we quit on that are deep down the things that are actually going to help us get through the tough seasons. We just don't realize that at the time while we are going through it. Listen in for some of my experiences with quitting and how I finally got my sh*t together and stopped giving up.
As always, reach out to me on IG @amber.sealey!
Often times, we have the blinders on. We have a clear path and we never stray from it because that's just the way we planned our lives. But what if we took off the blinders for a second. What if we realized that there are other options that we can explore.
If you get bored or uninterested in your career path - that's OK. It happens to a lot of us. We just don't have that drive for the path anymore. So why not try things on for size. Do something on the side to see if it's an avenue you want to explore. If not - who cares you still have your main job. But if it is something you become interested in pursuing, it's worth entertaining that. It could take you down the most unexpected yet rewarding path you never knew existed.

Remember back in elementary school when you had track and field days? Remember how at the end of the day, all the teachers would hand out participation ribbons to every single person regardless of how well they performed?
Imagine if life was the same. When you get to the end, you're handed the same participation ribbon as everyone else. Congrats on making it through! Wouldn't that be underwhelming?
Don't live your life just for a participation ribbon. You owe yourself so much more than that. You owe yourself an extraordinary life where you make an impact. You owe yourself a life that makes you proud.
If you loved this episode, please share it on IG and tag me @amber.sealey!
Life is situational. Think about it.. the people you know, the relationships you're in, the things you do each day.. it's all dependent on the current situation you're in. And all that changes, when your situation changes. But sometimes we walk through life and just handle whatever situations are thrown our way. But what if we actually took control and CREATED the situations we want. We made a life that we actually wanted.
Don't forget that your situation is up to you. You have the power to decide where you want to go in life. So take action NOW if you aren't in the situation you want to be in. Life will go on regardless, so it's on you to decide the situations you choose to be in.

Only 4% of the population can actually multitask effectively. So chances are, you are not in that 4%.. Even though most of us probably think we are. Now is your chance to really evaluate what good multitasking does for you. Because really, is doing two tasks at 50% effort really the outcome you desire?
When I realized that I was actually hurting my productivity by multitasking - my life and my business changed. Now i give everything my 100% effort which gives me better results AND leaves me with more time in the end after all!
Focus is everything. If you're a chronic multitasker, send me a DM on IG @amber.sealey so we can chat!
You've heard it before, consistency is the key to success. But personally, I feel like we hear that so often that it's just in one ear and out the other. We know that we need to be consistent but we just ignore it sometimes because everyone says it.
So today, I decided to take a different spin on consistency. I brought out my inner nerd and got into some math. I promise it's not hard, just some graphical representations of how consistency actually looks.
If you'd like to chat more about this, or if you are also nerdy like me, send me a DM and we can connect @amber.sealey!
We all do it.. we make up stories in our head that really don't serve us at all. We tell ourselves we are too busy and overwhelmed to get something important done. Or we tell ourselves we will never be a morning person because we will never be able to not hit the snooze button. But are those stories actually true?
Most of the time we build things up in our head so much that we CONVINCE ourselves they are true - when in reality it's not. We spend more time stressed about our busy life than actually doing things and being productive. Just because we convinced ourselves of that. It's time to take a step back and re-evaluate our thoughts.
Remember - the thoughts you tell yourself everyday are the things you search for. Let's make that something good! As mentioned in the episode, send me a DM to let me know one good thing that happened to you today @amber.sealey!
Summer is sadly coming to a close. All the fun is starting to slow down and it's time to get back to the routine that makes us feel at our best. Sometimes that can be a lot easier said than done.
But we need to stop overthinking it. Just do it gf. And please do yourself a favour and remove the word "motivation" from your vocabulary. Nothing will stunt your growth like that word. It's all in the discipline.
Listen in for a little pep talk about just diving back in and doing the thing. As always, reach out to me on IG so we can connect @amber.sealey!
As humans, we tend to make assumption after assumption about people, situations ourselves etc. But if you really think about it, how often are any of those assumptions true? We always convince ourselves of these stories that we have just completely made up! How does that serve us?
Assumptions often just cause toxic behaviour, laziness and they squash our own belief. So I say we instead squash the assumptions and go live awesome lives that we are made to live!
If this is something you struggle with, reach out to me on IG and we can chat @amber.sealey!
Routines are hard. Especially when you have big lifestyle changes happening. It's so easy to fall back into old habits that don't support your growth. So sometimes you need to be tough on yourself.
This episode is a little saucy and full of tough love! But I find sometimes we need that to really make that change. To really understand why we are doing something and why we can't just quit because it's hard.
As always I'd love to connect on IG @amber.sealey!
Burnout is something everyone has experienced. It's also something we fear and try to avoid all the time. But often times that means giving up on our dreams because it's too hard or causing you too much stress. I'm here to tell you that there is a way to pursue those dreams WITHOUT causing burnout.
Listen in for my biggest tips that have helped me over the last couple years eliminate burnout from my life. People often are surprised that I don't experience it anymore because I do so many things. But here's how I do it!
Tag me on IG if you relate to this episode @amber.sealey!
It's already AUGUST. That means we are in the back half of the summer and really getting close to the last quarter of the year.. So I want you to gut check where you're at in terms of your goals. What did you say you were going to do this year? Have you started? Are you close to achieving those things? Or have you not even thought about them?
It's normal to get side tracked on your goals - especially in the summer. But that's why your environment is so crucial to setting yourself up for success. In this episode I talked about how your physical living space, people and media can affect your growth and different tips on how to be more intentional about creating a positive environment for yourself.
As always, I'd love to hear your feedback on IG @amber.sealey!
It happens to all of us. They feeling where you question if it's worth all the extra effort. The feeling where you think quitting would be so much easier. And you're right - quitting is easy. It's easy to go back to the same old life that you felt unfulfilled by in the first place. It's easy to do that.
But it's not easy to realize that you quit on your dream. It's not easy to realize that you have so much unused potential. It's not easy to remind yourself every day that you quit just because it was the easy way out. It's not easy to go through your whole life and regret quitting. It's not easy to envision the life you could have had..
Quitting in my mind just isn't an option. In this episode I take you through a few questions to ask yourself when you feel like giving up. Questions that will help you remember all the reasons you started in the first place.
If this sounds like you and you're going through a tough time, I encourage you to reach out to me on IG @amber.sealey so we can run through these questions together.
Raise your hand if you have NO IDEA where you want to go in life?! I bet almost everybody can relate. And that's OK! Most of us don't really know what we want to do until we are actually doing it.
In this episode I take you down my journey of how I navigated my way to here. And let's just say it involved a lot of trial and error. But eventually we got here. And that's the whole point, things will fail or not go the way you thought. When that happens, it just means you are one step closer to finding exactly where you are meant to be.

Imposter syndrome is that feeling that you aren't qualified to do something. Throw your hands in the air if you've ever felt that LOL haven't we all!!
My whole journey to this podcast began with imposter syndrome! Going from nerdy engineer to putting myself out there on social media as a coach to podcasting!! Give me a break! I didn't feel qualified for ANY of it! But I did it anyways because I'm not in this life to just live the way I was told to live.
I'd love if you shared this episode to IG and tagged me @amber.sealey!

Time to get deep on WHY I named this podcast Project Hustle and why my team name is Team Hustle. I know there is so much controversy about the word "hustle" in general. So many people think it's a negative thing that you should never do. But to me it's different.
To me, hustle is all about PASSION. Working towards a life that you're obsessed with and so fulfilled by. It's about going through a transition period of extra effort to ultimately live a lifetime of freedom. A lifetime of being right where you're meant to be instead of drowning in someone else's dream.
I'd love to hear your thoughts on what "hustle" means to you. Share it with me on IG @amber.sealey!
We all have something that we want to do. Something that is on our heart, but there are just too many things holding us back from doing it. So let's flip the switch and think of the opportunity cost of NOT doing the thing. What are you actually missing out on by not giving it a try?
Most of the time, the life that you could have as a result is worth so much more than whatever is holding you back. Maybe it's not enough time or money. But think about all the time you'll be given back or financial freedom you'll gain from doing the thing long term.
Think about your life from a different perspective and I promise you'll find so much more fulfilment.
What's holding you back? Connect with me on IG so we can work through it together @amber.sealey!
Starting a new routine can be very overwhelming. Whether it's a fitness journey, new living arrangements, lifestyle, whatever it is, it can be stressful. But it doesn't have to be! Often times the reason why people are unsuccessful on their journey is because they didn't set themselves up for success in the first place.
The way I see routine building is a 3 step process: mindset, do, reflect. Listen in on how I break these steps down and why each one is so important. I truly believe that if you apply these steps to ANY type of new routine, you will find success.
Are you going through a transition period right now? Let me know on IG so I can give you some personalized tips @amber.sealey!
I used to have very little belief in myself. I used to think that straying from the path I was on just wasn't even worth considering. I'm a normal person, living a normal life. I'm not capable of achieving greatness.. that's just not in the cards I was dealt.
But why not? When I started coaching I was introduced to this whole other perspective. A group of girls who BELIEVED they were capable of achieving their wildest dreams.. And slowly that made its way into my head. First I had to borrow the belief from my fellow coaches, but then I started to actually feel that belief in myself.
Since then I've actually done things that I used to laugh at and think no way that would ever happen. It's crazy what the simple concept of belief can do. And if you don't have it yet, borrow some from me! I'm just a message away on IG @amber.sealey!

How Belief Can Make You Or Break You with Shawna Blunn
Honestly, I'm going through a very stressful time right now. I'm right in the middle of a move and I'm struggling to keep it together! I'm a person who thrives on structure and routine.. Which basically gets thrown out the window when you're moving!
Don't get me wrong I'm SUPER excited about this move. I just want to fast forward past this hard part. We don't have all our furniture yet, my desk space is a huge disaster and I feel like things are not in my control.
But that's OK! We are all going to go through stressful times. I wanted to share the real and the raw with you so you know that you're not alone! My tip for today is to find that one constant and pour into it. My girls in my fitness community are keeping me grounded right now!
Are you going through a move? Let's chat on IG about how you are transitioning @amber.sealey!
We always hear that we "should" do this and "should" do that. It's the right thing to do.. But what if it isn't?
What if getting that stable 9-5 job that you think you "should" get doesn't bring you fulfilment? Or what if getting married at 25 like you "should" just puts extra stress on your relationship? Or what if buying a house right out of school like you "should" just puts you into serious debt.
Maybe the things you're told you "should" do, won't really give you the life that you want. Sure it may give you a good life, but it won't give you an exceptional one. I'm here to be exceptional and live a life I'm obsessed with. That may mean going outside the normal "should" pathway and doing something my heart calls me to do.
Everyone told me I should do engineering. They also told me I absolutely should not do coaching. Guess what - coaching is the best decision I've ever made in my life. If I had listened to everyone tell me what I should and shouldn't do... I wouldn't be on this podcast. Point is, follow your heart because you and only you have to live with the choices you make.

I'M MOVING SOON!
Vlad and I are moving in together for the first time! We've been together for 4 years so it's about time! And we are so excited!!
But of course, this is going to be a MASSIVE transition for both of us! It's going to involve a lot of figuring it out as we go! For me, I'm a huge planner and this change is almost definitely not going to go exactly according to my plan. And that's ok! It's going to be a great challenge for me to take on!
Hopefully next time I'm chatting with you is from the new place! Stay tuned to my Instagram @amber.sealey!
We grow up thinking fear is a bad thing. You feel fear, your body senses danger and you run the other way. Right back to the comfort zone. But fear isn't always something to run from. We should EMBRACE the fear so we can grow as humans!
Think about it, when trying something new, we always have ALL the fears (judgement, failure etc). But why don't we think about what could happen on the other side of that? If you don't run from the fear and you do that new thing. You'll suck in the beginning sure, but you can't be good at something without first sucking.
Let's stop normalizing fear as something to stay away from. Embrace fear to embrace your fullest potential!

MONEY. The subject everyone loves to avoid talking about. But let's get real here. The only reason we don't talk about it, is typically because so many of us struggle. But if that's the case, why are we staying silent?! Why aren't we DOING something about it?
It doesn't matter where you come from, your past financial situation does not dictate your future. PERIOD. If you want more, all the power to you to go get it. I made that decision the second I decided to sign up as a coach. Because honestly, having a second stream of income is just the smart thing to do in today's world.. Especially if you're like me and looking to buy a house anytime soon!
Far too often we throw away our own skills that people would pay for. It can be literally ANYTHING. Baking, coaching, fashion, construction etc. There are always ways to earn a second stream of income. It's on you to be willing to put in the work and stay consistent for long enough to see the results.

Team Beachbody® does not guarantee any level of success or income from the Team Beachbody Coach Opportunity. Each Coach's income depends on his or her own efforts, diligence, and skill.
We tend to be extremely hard on ourselves when we first start something new. And often this leads to us quitting. But you're supposed to suck when you first start! That's the whole point. You've got to give yourself grace and acknowledge that you have nowhere to go but up.
But be careful, there's a difference between giving yourself grace and completely giving up. We often fall to procrastination for fear that we will fail again. But if you put it off, it'll be so much harder to get back in the game! So give yourself grace, but get back up on the horse! Don't throw in the towel! Always remember that in order to succeed you must fail 1000 times over first.

This time is an opportunity. A gift to chase your dreams! There's literally no better time than RIGHT NOW. So don't waste it sitting in sadness. Use your anger and frustrations to serve you and better yourself! Come out of this thing better than you went in!

Why is it that everything else always comes first.. Whether it's work, school, family, etc. That's always our number one priority. But shouldn't YOU be your own number one priority?
Doesn't it make sense that if you aren't at your best, you can't show up to other things at your best? Isn't that how it works? If you are only operating at 50%, doesn't that also mean your work is operating at only 50%? It's simple math.
Pouring into yourself will actually fuel you with energy. It may seem like so much extra effort to better yourself, but long run it'll give you the energy stores you need to show up at your best to all of your top priorities.

The most successful people in the world have a morning routine. They wake up more than 3 hours before their work day even begins. So when I say it works... IT WORKS.
Waking up earlier not only creates more time to achieve your goals but it sets you up better for the day. It gets you in a better mood and it helps you be proactive instead of reactive.
It may seem difficult to set the dreaded alarm for earlier, but I promise you it's worth it. Listen in for some tips on how to wake up earlier and crush your day!
I wanted to build off last week's episode about trusting your gut. Because often times you challenge your own gut based on someone else's opinion. But honestly, other people's opinion of you is none of your damn business.
It's one thing to care what people think of you, but it's a whole different ball game when you let other people dictate your life choices. You are the only person that has to live with your actions. Not them. You've got to start evaluating the source and understanding that if they haven't done that thing or if they aren't living a life that you want to live, their opinion doesn't matter. It shouldn't be the deciding factor.
Coaching was the biggest life changing decision I ever made. And I almost didn't do it because of what people thought about me. But here I am today. I want to hear your stories! Reach out on Instagram if you connected with this topic @amber.sealey!
You know that GUT FEELING. The one that just seems to keep pulling at you. The one that won't go away no matter what your brain is telling you. Yeah that one. Listen to it.
One of the biggest lessons I've learned lately is to trust your gut. Trusting my gut has led me to where I am now. Coaching, podcasting, putting myself out there was all my gut. I had everyone telling me no, but my gut said yes. Let's just say it felt good to prove everyone else wrong.
You gut has this power of telling you what you subconsciously want to do in your life. And the feeling will only grow stronger until you give in. You don't want to live your life constantly wondering "what if". So rip off the band aid and give it a try!

Habits. That dreaded process of starting something new. Trying to start a workout routine, trying to start eating better, trying to start a side hustle, trying to start reading. The thought of it alone sounds exhausting.
But here's the thing. Habits take time to create or eliminate. That's the whole point. It's the people who stay the course and push past hard part that see success. Because habit building is and exponential process. It starts slow and delayed before it takes off past your expectations.
Listen in for some of my best tips on how to start new habits and actually make it last. As always connect with me on IG @amber.sealey to share some of your habit building tips!
Lately I've been hearing way too much of the whole "I'm too busy" excuse. And quite frankly that makes me uneasy. Because life doesn't just stop being busy. It'll only get worse. And I find a lot of young women my age are "I'm too busying" away their entire life. Like it's a badge of honour.
But it's time to wake up and smell the roses. Because the work you put in now will prevent the harder work you'd have to put in later. For example it's hard to find time and energy to workout now. But it's a lot harder to wake up in 30 years to a bunch of irreversible health complications because you didn't make your health a priority when you were young. That's harder.
My point it, don't get to the end of your life and realize you wasted your whole life being too busy on things that don't really matter. Do the work now so that future you can rest easier.

The world we live in is utter chaos. The go-go-go, the hustle and bustle, the media, the tension, the busy. It's exhausting. Which makes it so much more important to protect your own peace. By that I mean protect your mind and your space from the chaos, at least first thing in the morning.
This is something I'm still working on, but slowly I'm developing that routine. I shared my best tips in this episode that have helped me protect myself in the morning and show up more positively and with more energy to give throughout the day.

You know those cravings you always get. You just want a few chips or one cookie, but then it turns into the whole package. Before you know it you've spoiled you appetite for dinner. We all struggle with snacking on junk food. But there are ways to try and manage that!
Let's be real, the reason we snack so often is because we allow ourselves to! There are so many things in your control that you could prevent it. But you don't because of this thing called will power.. But next time, leave it in the store, substitute a healthier snack or just find a hobby to be less bored and feel the need to snack!
Listen in for some of the things that have helped me eliminate my bad snacking habits! Send me a DM on IG @amber.sealey with your snacking habits and how you manager them!
Alright folks this one is some tough love for you. We all go through those seasons of life where we feel so busy and overwhelmed. It feels like you're going 1000 miles an hour and not making any progress. Listen, the real question you need to ask yourself: Are you really that busy or just being ineffective?
There's a huge difference between being busy and effective. Two people can have the exact same responsibilities and handle them completely differently. The first person uses being too busy as an excuse and never achieves the tasks in a reasonable time. The second person is intentional about protecting their time and doing things daily that make them more effective. They get sh*t done. Same amount of time in the day for both people, but way different results.
Ask yourself if all the things you do in a day are serving you? Are they essential to live the life you want to live. If you find your heart and mind aren't really there, cut it out. Sometimes you need to say no (click here for the link to Episode 5 where I go more into depth about this)!
Do you need help figuring out how to be more effective in your life? Reach out to me on IG @amber.sealey and we can chat!
When someone first asked me if I do personal development, I said "What? Why would I need to do that?" I just simply didn't get it. I thought it was this weird voodoo meditation thing that wouldn't serve me at all. But I learned that PD is not just that. It's literally anything that helps you grow as a personal like books and podcasts. And it's also something that has changed my life over the last year.
PD has helped me transition from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset. It's helped me get out of that "I am who I am and that won't change" mindset and more into the "I am who I want to be" frame of mind. Because I proved everyone wrong. Everyone who told me engineers can't be coaches or podcast hosts.. Yeah I proved them wrong.
Having a growth mindset is all about falling in love with the process and not the end result. If you find yourself counting down the days until you retire, listen up. It's time to open your mind, let the confidence grow and LEAP outside of your comfort zone!
As always catch me on IG @amber.sealey! I'd love to hear your takeaways from this episode!

It's no secret that we are still stuck in the middle of a pandemic. And I'm guessing your life feels uncertain right now. But guess what? Determining when this pandemic will end is NOT in your control. It's important to focus on the things you CAN control right now. Because that's all anyone can do. I've got a few tips to help you out with that.
Your mindset, actions and personal environment are all things that are in your control. How you think and feel is totally up to you. So stop wasting time stressing about things that are out of your control. Focus on controlling the controllables. See where it takes you!

Happy New Year! The first episode of 2021! I wanted to start the year off with a bang because I'm not holding back this year! Let's talk excuses. We all make them, whether we intend to or not. But honestly excuses do not serve you. Excuses hold you back from becoming the person that you want to become. So let's leave our excuses behind and start putting in the work!
We all know those people that constantly say they have these huge goals, yet they back them up with HUGE excuses! "I don't have time" "I can't afford it" "I'm not motivated enough" to name a few. Anyone else find excuses incredibly annoying? Don't be that person. If you want something, you've got to put in the work. NO EXCUSES.
Listen in to hear some very common excuses and some tips on how to get out of those habits. If you connect with this or need help eliminating some of your excuses, connect with me on IG @amber.sealey!
It's that time of year again where we all set New Years resolutions that we often forget about before January is even over. Well not this year. I want to outline some tips on how to create a plan that will actually stick this year.
It's about vision. Start by casting you vision for the year. Then work backwards by creating milestones and then smaller goals. Goal setting is very delicate work that dictates whether you will be successful or not before you even start. Listen in to hear how I've set goals in the past that will STICK!
I want to hear your vision and your goals! Reach out to me on IG at @amber.sealey to share!
Meal prep is honestly one of the most important things I do. It's been a game changer in taking my health to the next level. And by no means am I a good chef.. I'm actually pretty horrible. But there are ways to still meal prep some delicious food!
I've been meal prepping for a couple years now so I have a few tips to share on what's worked for me. But if you're the type of person who thinks they just can't do leftovers - listen up. It's time to change your mindset. You will waste hours each day cooking fresh. Hours that could be spent working towards a life you love. So it's time to shift your mindset and get used to leftovers. It'll take time but it's so worth it!

How many times do you find yourself scrolling through Instagram being jealous of other people? How many times are you telling yourself you'll never be like her? We've all been there.
But instead of using comparison as a negative thing, why don't you spin it around? Why don't you use her as an example for what you could do too? If she can do it, so can you. We all start somewhere. Don't let her success be your excuse to not even show up and try.

Are you a people pleaser? Do you hate letting people down or making decisions for others? That's me too. Because of that, I always do things that I don't really want to or have time for just to make someone else happy with me.
But what if you said no? What if you stopped giving away your little free time that you have to benefit someone else? What if you used that time to work on your goals for yourself? That's the exact realization I had and it has changed my life.
Sometimes it's hard to say no to events or plans. But what's even harder is knowing that you aren't living up to your full potential because of your fear of saying no. In this episode I share a few tips on how to get over that fear and take control of your own time!

Think you're not a morning person? Think you can skip this episode? Think again!
I used to be the person that rolls out of bed 15 minutes before I had to leave for work. But since I've shifted my mindset, I am now able to wake up at 4:30am every single day no problem! And I even look forward to it! Never say never!
Developing my morning routine has been one of the most powerful things I've done to LEVEL UP in my life. Not only does it save me time later in the day, but it allows me to fill my own cup first so that I can show up for others in a more positive way.
If you can relate to this episode or want more tips on morning routines, connect with me on Instagram!
Consistency is where the magic happens! Far too many of us quit on our dreams too early because the results take too long to achieve. But I'm willing to bet that if you stay consistent for a long period of time - it'll be so worth it!
We live in such a world of instant gratification that nobody is willing to put in the work that's required to get to where you want to go. But if you've heard of the Compound Effect, you'd know that it's the simple, small, seemingly insignificant tasks that repeated over time result in huge success.
Just remember that nobody achieves success by accident. It's something that requires work. And only if you're willing to CONSISTENTLY put in the work, will you get one step closer to your dream!

Are you that person that's constantly telling yourself that now is just not the right time for you to start something? Whether it be a new workout program, eating better, starting your own business, going back to school or whatever it may be. This episode is for you!
What I've learned over the last year is that the "right time" simply doesn't exist. I honestly wouldn't be here doing this podcast if I kept waiting for the perfect time. Life isn't just going to stop for you to achieve your goals. You have to create the time yourself and decide that TODAY is the day. Rip off that BAND-AID!
