Darrin Gaffy's pivot evolved from finding the enjoyment of wine in the Barossa to establishing his winery on the Mornington Peninsula and gaining the distinction of being James Halliday Darkhorse Winery of the Year in 2019. His journey from Toolmaker to Winemaker has provided many pivots, learnings and most of all cementing his passion for winemaking.
