Thanks to popular culture, prophecy is something with which we are all familiar. We’ve all heard of the prophecies of Nostradamus, Edgar Cayce, the Bible, Mother Mary, George Washington, the ancient Mayans to name a few. All of their prophecies share similarities. First, they all offer us opportunities to glimpse the future. And second, they are NOT cast in stone! As powerful as some prophecies are, they are potential, not fact. They present scenarios that could unfold, revealing to us what might be. But if all prophecy were literally true, we would not be here right now. Throughout the ages, seers have predicted the end of the world. Yet here we are, still living and aspiring to something greater than our human experience. Prophecy can show us where we need to be paying attention or where may need some work. Essentially, prophecy is a tool to be learned from, not feared. Take a closer look at prophecy from the ascended masters’ point of view this Tuesday on The OPEN DOOR.
