They've designed an easy to use platforms for amateur teams to reach global business sponsorship.

Adam joins us on the show because of his determination to follow the simple steps to achieve his success - the right environment, a willingness to adapt and high level passion for an idea. Adam's specific question was:

"What’s more important? The idea or the energy for the idea?"
