So this Legendary New Orleans DJ I've been friends with since we shared the stage on the February 2010 edition of Soundclash in New Orleans (note: The picture on my 2010 album THE ATLANTA CHRONICLES is from the very same night). Lately he's been blessing us with a series of Facebook Live videos showing off the extensive record collection and the veteran skills. One of those such mixes caught my attention back in April, 2018. His intent was to show to the younger generation the various Jazz Funk grooves that enrich our music history. IMO he definitely succeeded, and this is why I present this to you.
