The CSPC and the Bentex company are recalling Bentex Children’s Clothing sets. These garments contain lead levels that exceed safe federal standards or violate federal lead content bans. Lead is toxic to a child’s nervous system. About 87,000 clothing sets were sold at TJMaxx, DD's/Ross, Burlington, Army & Airforce Exchange Service stores (PXes), and at other stores nationwide as well as online at amazon.com. Don’t let your kids wear these garments and contact Bentex at 1-800-451-0285 or via email at recall@bentex.com to check whether the items you bought are recalled and for instructions regarding return ad disposal of the items and receipt of a full refund.
