Isn’t it thrilling —if you are in fact Jesus’ disciple —to hear of such seemingly miraculous stories? But often that is where it ends for us, is it not? We are thrilled to hear of where God is working elsewhere, or what God has done in the past, but not compelled ourselves to see such wonders. Why? Well, if we can be honest, the answer is far more simple than we would make it out to be—We Don’t Believe that God Goes Before Us. To be honest, that is our primary issue.
