2 Corinthians 3-5 For I testify that they gave as much as they were able, and even beyond their ability. Entirely on their own, they urgently pleaded with us for the privilege of sharing in this service to the Lord’s people. And they exceeded our expectations: They gave themselves first of all to the Lord, and then by the will of God also to us.

It’s hard to imagine how many more lives could be transformed and cities restored if all of us “urgently pleaded” to give. How much more powerful would our giving be if we counted it a privilege, instead of an obligation. There is freedom in our generosity. Regardless of what stage of our lives we’re in, or where we’re at financially or spiritually, God is calling us to give something to the advancement of His kingdom. What step of faith in your giving is God calling you to step out on? Pastor Leonce radically challenges us to be faithful to what The Lord has called us to do here, using the resources given to us, to make beautiful what is broken.
