Are you offended by a "Raging Bitch"? The beer that is?! The Brewers Association has tightened the rules on what's seen as "offensive" beer labels and names.

Jim Caruso, CEO from Flying Dog Brewery is on the show and he's no stranger to being told he has to change the name of his beer if he wants to sell it!

Jim and Flying Dog Brewery sued the State of Michigan and the individual members of the commission on the grounds of violating their right to freedom of speech and eventually the U.S. Court of Appeals ruled that the commissioners’ actions were a violation of their First Amendment rights.

Charlie Gottenkieny, head brewer from Bruz Beers co-hosts the Drinker show and weighs in on this controversial subject of censoring beer names!
