Mike Bordick joined Vinny & Haynie Thursday to talk about the Baltimore Orioles. He touched on how to evaluate the Orioles. While they miss Cedric Mullins, Baltimore is in good shape, according to Bordick, and playing like one of the best teams in baseball.

They talked about some of the ebbs and flows of players. Bordick is not worried about Anthony Santander, but is "a little bit concerned" about Ryan Mountcastle, and explains why.

The conversation turned to the fifth starter in the rotation. The Orioles have a need on Saturday, but also need a long-term answer. Bordick offered reasons why he believes it should be Cole Irvin.
