Today, we interview C26 Athlete, Phil Jones from Pittsburgh. Phil is originally from the UK and been in triathlon 4 years. He started late and races in the 55-59 age group. He talks about what he's learned from swim panic and anxiety, how his life has changed since losing his father last year, and what keeps him motivated, even with a bum foot. He also gets into his why and how it has come full circle into helping others succeed in triathlon.

Phil started documenting his training journey about 120 days ago and has posted a blog every day for nearly 4 months. You can find his blog at www.PhilJonesTriathlon.com.
