Sadie Scheffer is founder of Bread SRSLY, a gluten-free, dairy-free, and all around allergen-free bread company founded in our backyard, San Francisco. Sadie’s entrepreneurial spirit brought her from selling screen-printed t-shirts, to handmade bicycle clothing, and finally landed her in the bread world, baking and hand-delivering loaves of bread to her gluten-free customers all over San Francisco.
